SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 46 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 17.04.2026 made in W.P(MD)No.21960 of 2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it has been contended that the higher officials had to be consulted, and thereafter, permission was granted to file the writ appeal. It has further been stated that legal opinion also had to be obtained, and there was a delay in the said process. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the first respondent. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order. When the matter is listed for admission, the name of the learned counsel for the first respondent, to be printed in the cause list.
