The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner claims title to the property comprised in Survey No. 134/18. It was further submitted that the said property had been the subject matter of several litigations, all of which have ultimately been decided in favour of the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner has sought the sub-division of the property and the issuance of a separate patta in his name. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents. 4. Considering the above facts, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 21.02.2026 in the light of the Judgment 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.18769 of 2026 and decree dated 21.07.2025 in O.S.No.152 of 2011 and pass appropriate orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
