ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the offences in Crime No.11 of 2019 as 'Sections 366 of BNS, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 5(j)(ii), 5(l) and 6 of POCSO Act' instead of 'Section 366 of BNS, 5(j), 5(i) and 6 of POCSO Act' in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12279 of 2026 dated 25.06.2026. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police. 3. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for and the offences shall be amended as 'Sections 366 of BNS, 5(j)(ii), 5(l) and 6 of POCSO Act' in the order dated 25.06.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12279 of 2026. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and issue a fresh order copy.
