The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.944 of 2025 on condition to appear before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Now, the case has been committed and taken up for trial and the petitioner is ready to appear before the Trial Court on the hearing dates without fail. 3. The learned Counsel for State of TN would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates and whenever the presence of the petitioner is insisted upon by the Trial Court for the progress of the case.
