The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the Criminal Revision Case before this Court challenging the judgment dated 12.02.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.22 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai, along with a petition seeking suspension of sentence. Pursuant thereto, this Court, by order dated 22.04.2026 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.8604 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.716 of 2026, suspended the sentence of imprisonment subject to certain conditions. 3. In compliance with the order dated 22.04.2026, the petitioner executed the required sureties and he has been regularly appearing before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on all working days without fail. The learned Counsel further submitted that, as the petitioner is an agricultural coolie, he finds it difficult to appear before the Trial Court on a daily basis, as he is the sole breadwinner of his family. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Accordingly, the condition No.7(iii) imposed against the petitioner passed in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.8604 of 2026 in Crl.RC(MD).No.716 of 2026 dated 22.04.2026 is modified as follows: iii) The petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, on the first working day of every month, i.e., the first Monday of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 6.
