The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Protest-cum-Complaint Case No.10807 of 2022, arising out of Doranda P.S. Case No.731 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.6905 of 2014, for offence registered under sections 302/34 and 120B of Indian Penal Code, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate- XIII, Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in A.B.A. No.7525 of 2024 which has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated

09.07.2025. He further submits that on the fresh ground, the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. He next submits that one co-accused namely Jasim Akhter has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABA No.6141 of 2025 by order dated 16.10.2025 and another co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6980 of 2025. He next submits that the fresh ground has been made out and in view of that the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. He also submits that for the alleged occurrence, on complaint, FIR being Doranda P.S. Case No.731 of 2025 was registered which was investigated by the police in which final form has been submitted and the petitioner was not sent up for trial. He next submits that on the basis of the protest petition, the learned court has been pleased to take cognizance and summons has been issued against the petitioner and other co- accused. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that final form was submitted however the learned court has been pleased to take cognizance against the petitioner and other co-accused. 5. The petitioner has withdrawn the earlier anticipatory bail application by order dated 09.07.2025 and subsequently, two co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABAs. The allegation against the petitioner is said to be that he is the friend of Jasim Akhter and Jasim Akhter has been

granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6141 of 2025 and in the complaint the allegation is also there against Jasim Akhter and vague allegations are there against the petitioner and if any fresh ground is made out, the second anticipatory bail can be entertained. 6.
Since, two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail subsequently and the police has not sent up the petitioner for trial, however, on the basis of protest petition, the learned court has been pleased to take cognizance, and in the attending facts and circumstance of the instant case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
