The grievance of the petitioner is that her father's application filed in Form No.53 seeking regularization of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:45 WP No. 34011 of 2025 unauthorised occupation of land in Sy.No.2 of Bettahalli Village, Vakkaleri Hobli, Kolar Taluk and District to an extent of 1 acre 20 guntas has not been considered till date. The petitioner and her parents had submitted multiple representations to consider her father's application submitted in Form No.53. Therefore, the prayer in the petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representations at Annexures-B, H, H1, H2 and H3 and till consideration, direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petition schedule properties. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Kolar Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether such application filed by the petitioner's father at Annexure-A dated 30.04.1999 is pending consideration. If it is found that such application was indeed filed by the petitioner's father and the application is yet to be considered, the Tahsildar is directed to place before the Committee for regularisation of unauthorised occupation, the applications along with his recommendation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
