Against which, a counter complaint in Cr.No.2 of 2026 has also been registered as against petitioner. 3.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, accused persons in Cr.No.3 of 2026 are threatening the petitioner and therefore, he has sent a representation on 26.05.2026 to provide police protection. Since there is no response, the present petition has been filed. 4.
