The revision has been filed in view of the fact that the Coordinate Division Bench while dismissing W.P.(MD)No.3780 of 2016 had directed that a cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the District Collector, Ramanathapuram. 2.In the grounds of review, it has been contented that the review applicant / writ petitioner is struggling for livelihood and is not able to pay the huge cost of Rs.10,000/-. He had stated that he is involved in providing legal aid and voluntary service for downtrodden. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the review applicant, who also argued that it may not be financially possible for the review applicant to pay the cost of Rs.10,000/-. 4.Taking note of the submissions made, we are inclined to allow the review application.
