The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garhwa Mahila P.S Case No. 09 of 2025, registered under sections 69 of BNS, pending before the court of Learned C.J.M, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that on the pretext of marriage, relationship has been established. He submits that the relationship was established since long and false allegation has been made against the petitioner. He next submits that when the marriage of the petitioner was fixed with another girl, the present case has been lodged. In this view of the matter, the anticipatory bail may kindly be allowed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of keeping the video of the informant and making threats to make the said video viral. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the relationship has been established and the petitioner used to make the video. It has also been alleged that when the marriage of the 2026:JHHC:2830 2 informant was fixed with another boy, this petitioner interrupted and threatened her not to marry the boy. The relationship and friendship are one of the aspects, however, on the pretext of relationship, the dignity of a lady cannot be allowed to be made viral and that allegations are there in the FIR. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail is hereby rejected and disposed of.
