The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the Criminal Revision Case before this Court challenging the judgment dated 24.11.2025 passed in Crl.A.No.236 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Karur, along with a petition seeking suspension of sentence. Pursuant thereto, this Court, by order dated 17.04.2026 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.8149 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.679 of 2026, suspended the sentence of imprisonment subject to certain conditions. 3. In compliance with the order dated 17.04.2026, the petitioner executed the required sureties and he has been regularly appearing before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on all working days without fail. The learned Counsel further submitted that, due to compliance with the said condition, the petitioner is unable to attend his work, as he is the sole breadwinner of his family. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Accordingly, the condition No.7(iii) imposed against the petitioner passed in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.8149 of 2026 in Crl.RC(MD).No.679 of 2026 dated 17.04.2026 is modified as follows: iii) The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month, i.e., the first Monday of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 6.
