1. The respondents were granted bail vide order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the court of learned Special Judge (NDPS Cases), Jammu as the quantity of the contraband allegedly recovered from the respondents was intermediate.
2. Mr. Pawan Dev Singh, learned Dy. AG submits that the charge sheet has been filed against the respondents and even the respondents have been charged for commission of offences under Section 8/21/22 of NDPS Act.
3. In view of the above, no fruitful purpose shall be served by retaining the present petition on board and as such, after perusing the record, I find that the learned trial court has not committed any illegality while granting bail to the respondents.
4. This petition is found to be misconceived. The same is dismissed.
