The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 16.06.2026, they have deposited the remaining 50% of the decretal amount and also filed a Memo dated 13.07.2026 to that effect along with the copy of the e-Challan. The said Memo is recorded. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would further submit that in pursuance of the order of this Court in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2014, they have already deposited 50% of the decretal amount before the concerned Court. 4.
