No.3677 of 2026 ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioners complaint dated 16.06.2026. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking to take action against the proposed accused who have occupied the petitioner's property and making life threat to the petitioner. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed. 3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that a complaint has been given before the first respondent police on 17.06.2026 and the same was forwarded to the third respondent on 27.06.2026. Enquiry is pending on the petitioner's representation. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. 5.
