Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.0040 of 2025 under Sections 8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station Chamba, District Tehri Garhwal. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and has no criminal history. He submits that provisions of Section 42, 50 and 57 of the NDPS Act have not been followed; there is no independent witness of the recovery. He further submits that supplier Kedar Singh, who is the main accused, has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2026 and co-accused Vicky has also been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.03.2026. 6. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application. 7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Paramjeet Singh @ Digambar be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 9.
