Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of raising grave objection by the concerned candidates on provisional seniority list, vide order dated 25.02.2026, although seniority position of the petitioner has been rectified and name of the petitioner has been placed at proper place in the seniority list, yet the respondents are not granting the consequential benefits of promotion to the petitioner on the basis of rectified seniority position. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied that in case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a representation for redressal of his grievances. 3. In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before respondent No.2, who shall consider and decide the representation by a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation order along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
