Pending proceedings, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the petitioner/husband has handed over a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the respondent's wife and the respondent had agreed for quashing of the criminal complaint. In total, two Demand Drafts for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- have been handed over to the wife. 3.
