In this connection, the petitioner has given a representation on 24.06.2026. 5.The prayer of the petitioner warrants a proper consideration and the exhibition, which is proposed to be held at the Xaveriana Open Ground, in T.S.No.1114 at George Road, Thoothukudi, shall be regulated by the respondents 4 and 5 after consultation with the third respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2026 forthwith and by passing a speaking order.
