This bail application has been preferred by the petitioner namely, Mahendra Rongpi @ Mirgeng Rongpi under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking bail in connection with Diphu P.S. PP has submitted that the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case vide CS No. 06/2026, dated 28.03.2026. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall apply for regular bail before the learned trial Court. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner apply for regular bail and in the event of filing any such bail application the same shall be considered in accordance with law by the learned trial Court. 5.
