The petitioner is an accused in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 386 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant was murdered by the petitioner. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the deceased had relationship with one Suraj Mandal who wanted to solemnize marriage with her. 5. Learned Counsel submits that the deceased had committed suicide on account of the pressure created by Suraj Mandal and this fact finds corroboration from the postmortem report as the cause of death has been opined to be on account of cardio respiratory failure. 6. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2025. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the postmortem report and the fact which has surfaced regarding the illicit relationship of the deceased with one Suraj Mandal, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on ( 2026:JHHC:7297 ) furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District & Addl.
