None appears on behalf of the appellants. 2. Repeated adjournments have been obtained in this matter by the appellants. 3. No steps appear to have been taken with regard to the death of the respondent no. 1. The appeal was dismissed for default earlier on 1st December, 2025. 4. It appears that the appellants are no more interested in pursuing the instant appeal. 5. Accordingly, the instant appeal shall stand dismissed for default. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed. 6. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8. TCR, if any, be sent back to the Court below on special messenger cost of the respondents. 9.
