Counsel Order This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 06.01.2023 passed by the 3rd Respondent and consequential direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner the mining lease in respect of the lands totally measuring 1.20.0 Hectares, comprised in Survey No 761/1 (Part -2) of Mallapadi Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that petitioner is compelled to filed this Writ Petition inasmuch as the appeal filed by petitioner on 30.01.2023 is pending consideration before the second respondent and no orders have been passed over the last three years. 3. Learned Government Counsel appearing for respondents would furnish a copy of the order of the Appellate Authority and submitted that orders have been passed by Appellate Authority on 07.09.2023 and petitioner, if aggrieved, challenge must be made to the order of the Appellate Authority. 4. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
