Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application dated 18.05.2026 before the respondent seeking rectification in the Town Survey Land Register (Online Patta) pertaining to the land bearing Survey No.83, Nemilicheri Village, Tambaram, Taluk, Kancheepuram District admeasuring a total extent of 1960 sq.ft., However, the said application was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s application dated 18.05.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
