No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Family Court, Salem to dispose of I.A. No. 3 of 2026 in G.O.P. NO. 93 of 2026 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4. Accordingly, this Court directs the Family Court, Salem, to dispose of I.A. No. 3 of 2026 in G.O.P. No. 93 of 2026 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction.
