The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found to be in illegal possession of 1 Kg and 300 gams of ganja. Hence the complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide any any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail. 4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 6.
