Pursuant to the dismissal of the appeal, and in compliance with the order passed in writ petition, a Government Order extending the benefits was passed on 02.03.2026. The corresponding proposal was subsequently forwarded to the AG Office, however, it was returned on 20.05.2026 due to some defect. These defects were also rectified on the same day and the respondents expect the final order to be passed shortly. 2. In view of the same, list the matter during the second week of July, 2026 under the caption “For Reporting Compliance”. 2. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt, if the benefits are not settled within a period of two months from today.
