THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND Contempt Case No.5660 of 2022
ORDER: This contempt case is filed complaining the wilful disobedience of the
order, dated 13.10.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.P.No.33525 of 2022.
2. During the course of hearing today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the main Writ Petition itself is dismissed as withdrawn, by order, dated 08.10.2025.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.
4. In view of the factual position, as already the writ petition itself is dismissed as withdraw, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt case.
5. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
6. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the case shall stand closed.
