Learned counsel for the first respondent bank submitted that the sale notice is of February, 2026 and the sale has not taken place on the said date and no notice was issued subsequent thereto and therefore, the writ petitions are rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the said submission, these writ petitions stand dismissed as having rendered infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. WMP Nos.11642, 10912, 11660, 11662, 11665 of 2026, filed by the petitioners in the writ petitions seeking permission to join and file a single writ petition, stand allowed, inasmuch as separate court-fee has been paid.
