ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful, wanton and deliberate disobedience in implementation of the order passed by this Court on 19.12.2025 in C.R.P.No.133 of 2024.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in C.R.P.No.133 of 2024 on 10.07.2026, modifying the order dated 19.12.2025 passed in C.R.P.No.133 of 2024, no further orders are necessary and requested to close the contempt case.
