HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 15/04/2026 The petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition alleging the non-compliance of the order dated 07.01.2026, whereby, the Co-ordinate Bench dismissed the writ petition filed by the petitioner and no relief was granted as liberty was sought by the petitioner to file representation and same was submitted to the competent authority. However, the respondents have not yet decided the representation as per the petitioner. Be that as it may.
[2026:RJ-JP:15726] (2 of 2) [CCP-560/2026] The petitioner is at liberty to file afresh, if need so arises. No case is made out for issuance of notices of contempt. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
