The petitioner is an accused in crime No.129 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2) & 318(4) of BNS on the complaint lodged by the second respondent. The first respondent completed investigation and final report before XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, which is pending for taking cognizance. The petitioner is arrayed as A3 and the first respondent has shown her as absconding accused. Now the petitioner is in USA. However, now she wants to come down to India and appear before the first respondent. 3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the look out circular issued against the petitioner in pursuant to the registration of FIR in crime No.129 of 2025 shall be kept in abeyance on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on 24.08.2026 and also appear before the first respondent as and when required.
