Set aside the Order of attachment of movable dated 11.12.2023 passed by the Hon’ble C/c III Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Kolar in Ex.Case No.01/2022, as per Annexure-F and direct the Respondent to receive the settlement amount of Rs.6,50,000/- as agreed vide, Joint Memo dated 29.07.2021 and Award dated 14.08.2021 passed in C.C.No.798/2013 vide, Annexure-A and B; and b. Pass such other order or direction that this Hon’ble Court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case.” 2. When the matter came up before this Court on 21.01.2026, this Court passed the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only/-) to respondent No.1 on or before the next date of hearing.
