No. 14970 of 2026 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that petitioners were charged for the offences under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. 3. Registry is directed to replace the “Sections 303(2) and 326(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023” with “Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957” in 1st paragraph of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.14970 of 2026 dated 15.06.2026 and issue fresh order copy. 4.
