As per the averments made in the present writ petition in para No.21, some of the petitioners have already filed an appeal before the JDC, Punjab challenging the impugned order dated 08.01.2025 (Annexure P-1). 3. In view of the above, no ground is made out to entertain the present writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Needless to say that the petitioners who have not preferred an appeal till now would always be at liberty to avail their remedies as available in law. 4.
