The above writ petition was filed to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in attempting to lay a road through the petitioner’s land situated in Survey No.38-2P1 of Jangalapalle village, Peddamudium Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, without following the due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Page 3 of 4 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of Ac.3.1850 cents situated in the aforementioned survey number. A copy of the adangal report, downloaded from the ‘Mee Bhoomi’ portal on 28.06.2026, was filed as Ex.P1. As seen from Ex.P1, the petitioner’s name is reflected as Pattadar and possessor of the land referred to supra, and the same is ancestral property. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and CAD submitted the instructions furnished by respondent No.3 vide letter No.EE/KCC/DIVN/NDL/, wherein it is stated that the respondents are not laying any road in or near the petitioner’s land in Survey No.38-2P1 of Jangalapalle village, Peddamudium Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. 5. The instructions of respondent No.3 are made part of the record. 6. Given the instructions of respondent No.3, since no road is being laid in or near the subject land, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the petitioner’s land without following the procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.
