State of Uttarakhand Hon’ble Ashish Naithani, J. Mr. Ankush Kumar Tyagi, learned counsel for the Applicants. 2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General for the State. 3. Present bail application is moved by the applicants, who are in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.35 of 2026 under Sections 109, 117(2), 191(2), 351(2) & 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, P.S. Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that no specific role has been assigned to the applicants; there was no public witness of the incident and applicants have no criminal history. He further submits that in case applicants are released on bail they will fully cooperate with the investigation. 5. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application. 6. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicants are entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicants-Vikas and Parvinder Koli @ Pamma be released on bail on their executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
