In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in O.P.No.113 of 2026 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram. No costs.
