Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) As per the affidavit of compliance filed by the respondents-State, it has been mentioned that work-charge status has been granted w.e.f. 01.01.1999 on completion of eight (8) years. Necessary order as such dated 20.08.2025 has been appended as Annexure R-1. The pay has also been re-fixed on notional basis vide office order dated 11.09.2025 (Annexure R-2). It has also been mentioned that pension case has been sent to the office of the Accountant General for completion of necessary formalities vide letter dated 04.10.2025 (Annexure R-3). 2 2026:HHC:803 2. Since the employee has retired on 30.04.2009, accordingly, we implead the Accountant General, who shall now figure as respondent No. 5. 3. Notice. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 5. 4. Accordingly, respondent No. 5-Accountant General, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171003 is directed to revise the pension within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
