In view of the aforesaid submission, with the consent of the parties, the trial Court is directed to return the plaint alongwith its accompaniments to the Plaintiff under the provisions of Order VII Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for being presented before the jurisdictional Court at Mumbai.
