For Petitioner(s): Mr.S.Sathyaraj For Respondent(s): Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar Counsel for Government for R1 & R2 ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners property comprised in Old S.No.126/2B, New Survey No.126/18, situated at D.No.5/348, Errahalli Village, Kaveripattinam Taluk, Krishnagiri by considering the petitioners representation dated 03.03.2026 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent for the unlawful interference with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment. 2. It is seen that the petitioner filed suit in O.S.No.110 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif, Krishnagiri and it is pending for adjudication. Even then, 3rd respondent is disturbing the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s property. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the counter parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.
