This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Criminal Revision No.1312 of 2016 which was dismissed due to non-prosecution vide order dated 08.09.2025 passed by this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he could not mark the list as such he could not appear before this Court when the case was called on 08.09.2025, and the instant case has been dismissed for default vide order dated 08.09.2025 passed by this Court. It is submitted that the learned counsel for the petitioner that he shall remain careful in the present and as such this Criminal Revision No.1312 of 2016 may be restored. 3. Learned counsel for the A.P.P has no objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the averments made in paragraph Nos. 4 to 7, the prayer for restoration of Criminal Revision No.1312 of 2016 is allowed. 5.
