A perusal of the docket order dated 03.3.2026 shows that parties are not in touch with the counsel and today also the same was represented by the learned counsel for the appellant. Considering the same, the appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution giving liberty that if parties intend to agitate their rights, they can file an application for restoration and if any application is filed for restoration, the same may be considered.
