The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to ensure that the Government buses bearing Registration Nos. TN 32 N 4465, TN 32 N 4601 and TN 32 N 5099, as well as all other Government buses operating on the Perambalur–Thittakudi–Vridhachalam– Chidambaram route, are operated strictly in accordance with their approved time schedules and permit conditions, and not ahead of the petitioner’s stage carriage bus operating on the same route. 3. The petitioner states that he is a stage carriage operator holding a valid permit with an approved time schedule for the said route. According to the petitioner, the above Government buses are being operated in violation of their allotted timings by running ahead of the petitioner’s scheduled service. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.05.2026 requesting the respondents to take appropriate action. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered till date. 4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 07.05.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
