It was the contention of the petitioner that compensation for acquisition was not paid. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has filed a memo, which reads as follows:- "The Respondent Nos.2 & 3 respectfully submit as hereunder: 1. That the Petitioner has availed a total compensation of Rs.3,20,00,000/- (sic) (Rupees Three Crores Twenty Lakhs only) in respect of the land in Sy.No.239 measuring 2 acres situated in Hulikunte Village, DoddabelavangalaHobli, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:6522 WP No. 33167 of 2024 Doddaballapura Taluk. The compensation has bene (sic) transferred by RTGS to the bank account of the Petitioner bearing account No.'5421755956' of SBI, Rajajinagar Branch. Copies of the receipt and payment details and the PAN copy of the Petitioner are annexed as Document Nos.1, 2 & 3. 2. In view of receipt of the compensation by the Petitioner, the above writ petition does not survive for consideration. Hence this memo." 3.
