There is no representation for the petitioner. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence and also considering the fact that petitioner has been complying with the conditions except for 3 days, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 13976 of 2026 dated 29.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders ” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police once in a week at 10.30 A.M until further orders ”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
