Despite the aforesaid order and sufficient opportunity granted, neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the Appellant nor has the order of this Court been complied with. 4. Accordingly, the Special Leave to Appeal along with the Criminal Appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution and for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 5.
