JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR JAIN Order 17/04/2026 Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to challenge order dated 27.03.2025 passed by the Tribunal whereby learned Tribunal has dismissed the application filed on behalf of petitioner with a cost of ₹5,000/-. She further prayed that the petitioner is a retired employee, therefore, the cost imposed by learned Tribunal may be waived. Considering the fact that petitioner is a retired employee and limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it is appropriate to set aside the cost of ₹5,000/- imposed upon the petitioner by learned Tribunal.
