ORDER This Criminal Original Petition seeks a speedy trial and disposal of C.C.No.428 of 2024 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Alandur.
2. Considering the nature of relief, the Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) was heard.
3. The following factors are considered : (a) This is a case of the year 2024 and is at the stage of service pending – Notice A1 – A3. (b) There are 11 witnesses to be examined in this case.
4. Considering all the above, the petitioner and the prosecution are
directed to co-operate for the early disposal and, the respondent Police is
directed service summons on the accused within a period of four (4) weeks from today and thereafter, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Alandur is requested to expedite the Trial and complete the case as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than eight (8) months from the date of receipt of the web-copy of the order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
