Thangaraj, S/o.Chokkalingam within such time as may be fixed by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 18.06.2026 to the 3rd respondent requesting issuance of a written communication confirming the classification of the land comprised in Survey No.331/3A, Govindavadi Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, covered under Patta No.2178 standing in the name of P.C. Thangaraj, S/o. Chokkalingam, as wet land (Nanjai). It is submitted that the said representation has not been considered till date. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the land comprised in Patta No.2178 has already been classified as wet land (Nanjai) in the revenue records. Therefore, the petitioner's request has substantially been satisfied and no further communication, as sought for in the representation, is required to be issued. 4. This Court finds that the revenue records relating to Patta No.2178, standing in the name of P.C. Thangaraj, S/o. Chokkalingam, already describe the subject property as wet land (Nanjai). In view of the said position, the relief sought by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to consider the representation does not survive for consideration. Consequently, no direction in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus is warranted. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 10-07-2026 Asi To 1.
