Also heard Mr. K.K. Parashar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. An FIR was lodged on 11.11.2025 by the informant alleging that on 09.11.2025 in the evening, his minor daughter, 16 years of age went to her friend’s place and did not return in time. Therefore, he enquired about her whereabouts. On 10.11.2025, in the morning at 11.00 AM, his daughter returned home and intimated that on 09.11.2025, she met her friend, one Sarup Das @ Saurav, who picked her up in his scooty and took her to Silchar Borail View Hotel. She alleged that along with her friend and the accused –applicants, they enjoyed a DJ Night, thereafter returned to the hotel room. It was alleged that the aforesaid Sarup Das @ Saurav with an ill intention, took his daughter into the bathroom and tried to outrage her modesty by disrobing her. It was alleged that when she protested, the aforesaid Sarup Das @ Saurav assaulted her and broke her mobile phone. It was alleged that she somehow came out of bathroom and slept in her bed. However, the aforesaid Sarup Das @ Saurav came to her bed and sexually assaulted her. During that time, the accused- applicants were also present in the room. 3. After receipt of the FIR, the Silchar P.S. Case No. 1129/2025 under the aforementioned sections was registered against the aforesaid accused – applicants, Sarup Das @ Saurav along with the accused - applicants. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused - applicants submits that the accused - applicants are behind the bars for 92 days. 5. It is submitted that the Investigating Authority has already submitted the Charge Sheet being C/S No. 101/26 dated 06.02.2026 in the instant case. Page No.# 3/3 6. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant bail application stands closed and disposed of with a liberty to the accused – applicants to approach the trial Court for appropriate relief.
